Located at 902 Howard Avenue in the heart of downtown Biloxi, 902 Howard Lofts is a boutique lodging experience that blends historic character with modern coastal comfort. Built in 1932 as the Arcadian-Ness Creamery and later home to Josette's — a beloved Gulf Coast institution — the building has been thoughtfully restored into a collection of industrial-style loft suites. Each suite features refined coastal design, premium bedding, and flexible living spaces that make for an effortless stay, whether you're in town for a weekend or an extended visit.

OUR SUITES

Seven individually styled loft suites set within a beautifully restored 1932 building in the heart of downtown Biloxi. Each suite features refined coastal décor, premium bedding, fully equipped kitchens, and flexible living areas — with free parking included.

The Josette

Named for Josette Locklar, whose beloved costume and fabric shop called this building home for over 30 years.
